Overview
Served as the Front-End Developer and Team Lead for the St. Martin Cooperative website project. Led the development team in completing the project while taking primary responsibility for front-end development and implementation. Translated approved designs into functional web interfaces, coordinated development tasks across the team, performed testing and quality checks, and handled the website deployment to ensure the project was completed and delivered successfully.
Front-End Development & Team Leadership
- Led the development team throughout the project, coordinating tasks and monitoring progress to ensure project requirements and deadlines were met.
- Served as the primary Front-End Developer, implementing website layouts, components, and interactive elements.
- Translated approved designs into functional and responsive web interfaces.
- Developed reusable front-end components and maintained consistent styling across the website.
- Implemented responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Worked closely with team members to resolve development issues and ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Reviewed development output and performed quality checks to maintain consistency and functionality.
- Troubleshot front-end issues and implemented fixes during development and testing.
- Coordinated final revisions and ensured outstanding development tasks were completed before deployment.
Deployment & Quality Assurance
- Handled the website deployment and coordinated the transition from development to the production environment.
- Prepared and verified the website before deployment to ensure all required features and content were properly implemented.
- Performed functional and responsive testing across different screen sizes and browsers.
- Identified and resolved front-end issues discovered during testing.
- Conducted final quality checks after deployment to ensure the website was functioning correctly in the production environment.
- Coordinated with the development team to address post-deployment issues and finalize the project.
